Position: Sales Agent

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to work as Telephone Sales Agents at our Los Angeles office location in order to provide top quality service to our clients. Position involves knowledge of all areas of air, tour and hotel reservations in a highly automated environment. We need energetic people who enjoy working in an international and multi-cultural environment. Agents work 40 hours/week, 6 days per week. Our shift schedules may require working early or late in the evening. Applicants need to be experienced in using CRS systems (especially Amadeus and SABRE) and in working in a high quality customer service environment. English speaking skills are mandatory and knowledge of a second language (Spanish, French) will be helpful in this position.
